Information we collect
The road-service form collects your name, phone number, truck and engine information, current location and description of the problem. Location is accessed only if you choose “Share My Location” and approve your browser request.
How it is used
We use submitted information only to respond to and coordinate your requested service. Submissions are transmitted by our form-delivery provider to our business email. We do not sell this information.
Your choices
You may call or text instead of using the form. You may type a location manually without sharing device location. Contact us to request deletion of submitted information.
